As you are well aware, in that you contained the scene and coordinated the entire demolition of damaged areas, removed who knows how many gallons of fire water and moisture from the interior of our building, and met all code requirements with the Town of Ocean City, and the State Fire Marshal Office. You obtained necessary permits, constructed a fire proof, electrically functioning temporary wall, and got our business open in 10 days! In one day, a problem that has been ongoing for months just disappeared. Sam and Eric also made sure that they looked at the carpeting seams and made appropriate changes for us.
