In an effort to respond quickly and more efficiently, we have implemented the Emergency Response Program to better serve the emergency service needs of our commercial clients such as Condo Associations, Hospitals, Retail Stores etc. Upon joining the program, a representative from Royal Plus DKI will visit your facility to gather pertinent information such as the location of the water main shut-off valve and main electrical panel. We will also compile information on the building’s total square footage and potential equipment staging areas. All of this information is kept confidential, yet readily available to our emergency teams. Should your facility suffer a disaster, we will use this information to begin recovery efforts. In the event of an emergency, having this information at our disposal saves time and will be critical in limiting the damage. It is our goal to mitigate promptly and substantially reduce the property owner’s loss.
